Join Our Team

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant (part time workers and students are welcome) to join Hedia and play a key role in our mission to support people with diabetes. As a member of our team, you’ll help us craft impactful campaigns, engage with our community, and expand Hedia’s digital presence.
This part-time role
(up to 20 hours per week) offers you the opportunity to make a difference while honing your marketing skills.

Workplace is at our office in Copenhagen. 

Job Description 

  • Support marketing campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital and offline campaigns to raise awareness of our product and key company updates.
  • Content creation and social media management: Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Marketing communication: Assist with writing and proofreading blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Event marketing: Help coordinate trade shows and events to promote Hedia’s product and mission.
  • Collaborate on brand development: Assist in creating patient onboarding materials and presentations to engage users, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analytics: Monitor marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and suggestions for improvement.

Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools: MS Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations.
  • Experience or interest in content creation, marketing strategies, and data analysis.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make a real impact.
