Hedia is currently looking for a new student assistant to join our clinical and medical team.

As our Student Assistant, you’ll be part of Hedia’s Clinical & Medical Affairs team. We’re a diverse group with different scientific backgrounds, working together to deliver the safest and most effective insulin calculator on the market. Our shared vision is to improve the quality of life for people with diabetes.

You’ll support several of our clinical activities, working closely with the team on both practical tasks and scientific contributions. The role blends hands-on execution with opportunities to provide input to key discussions across Hedia.

The first task you will be part of is a new clinical trial we are conducting in 2026.

Your key tasks

  • Contribute to the planning and initiation of clinical studies.
  • Support with scientific writing, surveys and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing product and communication material.
  • Perform literature searches and stay updated on treatment guidelines and competitor activities.
  • Provide clinical input to regulatory documents.
  • Help with user testing and patient recruitment.

Who we’re looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in diabetes, digital health, or medical technology.
  • Prior research experience is a plus.
  • English communication skills (written and spoken). Danish or any other languages would be a plus.

Practicalities

  • Working place: Onsite at Hedia, Copenhagen, Emdrup .
  • Hours: 15-20 hours/week (flexible in terms of exams).
  • Deadline: 15 October 2025 – We are interviewing on a rolling base.
