As People Partner and Office Manager in Hedia you´ll get the chance to make a real, lasting difference in the life of people with diabetes, and to help them live a better and more carefree life. This position of the People Partner and Office Manager is a split position and which entails to run the Hedia office as well as larger parts of Hedia’s people matters.

Job description

  • Maintain and developing great company culture
  • Ensuring training and development of our staff
  • Maintaining the recruitment process of excellent staff and supporting the individual manager in the recruitment process and maintaining a smooth onboarding/off-boarding process
  • Assisting in day to day people matters as payroll and pension facilitation
  • Ensure performance appraisals are performed by managers in due time. Ensure talent identification through biannual performance appraisals and measuring employee satisfaction (e.g. eNPS)
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance (e.g.: APV assessment)
  • Management of day to day requirements for the Hedia office
  • Ordering of office supplies etc. and being in charge of daily lunch
  • Maintaining relationships with key vendors incl. Lunch supplier
  • Improving the office environment to support good working atmosphere
  • Ad hoc tasks

Competencies looked for

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar preferred
  • Experience in human resources or related fields
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Danish labour law (incl. health and safety) and it’s practical implications
  • Outgoing and friendly attitude towards everyone in the office
  • Structured in their work
  • Ability to work and communicate in English and Danish with others in a professional and effective manner
