Hedia is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Bilbo as its new chairperson. Carl brings extensive international experience from the pharmaceutical industry, combining strong commercial expertise with a deep scientific understanding of diabetes. His leadership will be key as Hedia continues to advance its mission of improving the lives of people with diabetes through digital health solutions.

In his new role, Carl will work closely with CEO Lars Christian Lund and the Hedia team to drive the company’s transition from a startup to a scale-up. This next phase focuses on expanding commercial efforts and accelerating our product pipeline—especially in close partnership with Glooko, Hedia’s strategic partner.

As part of this transition, we also bid farewell to Tim Juergens and Anish Shindore, who are stepping down from the board. Tim concludes his originally agreed term as chairperson, while Anish departs after years of dedicated service. We thank them both for their professionalism and significant contributions during a pivotal period in Hedia’s development toward commercialization.
