Physical Activity
Can I change the duration of a Physical Activity?

When you’re adding a new Physical Activity to an insulin calculation, you can set its duration by choosing from a number of predefined ranges.

Once a physical activity has already been used actively in an insulin calculation, it can’t be edited.

The next time you make an insulin calculation, you can deselect the physical activity if you do not wish to include it again.

My physical activity is longer than 120 minutes

The maximum duration that can be set for a physical activity in Hedia Diabetes Assistant is 120 minutes.

If you are uncertain about what to do regarding activities lasting over 120 minutes, we advise you to consult with your diabetes healthcare professional.

Why are my previous physical activities still showing up?

Once you’ve created a Physical Activity, it stays active in the system for 90 mins after. The next time you make an insulin calculation, you can deselect the physical activity if you do not wish to include it again.
